Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of posts. I have got many complaints as to why there has been nothing new on my page. It made me very happy to see that everyone actually cared and was even checking my page! Well, we had a virus on our computer for the past week, well, not one virus, but many! It was almost unsalvageable! But we fixed it and I am ready to post! There are so many things that have happened this past week!
I want to start off by saying.....my spell checker is not working for some reason, so sorry for all the misspelled words!
First off, little Annie was Dedicated at church on Sunday the 3rd. Friends and family all came to see her being presented to the Lord. We went on stage with a few other families and their children. The camera went on all of the little one's faces. Annie was by far the cutest! But I don't have many pictures because we were on stage, so I couldn't take any. But I have a few that my mother, and mother-in-law took.
Then, Annie had her first Super Bowl party! We had a few people over and she stayed on the ground and played with her Grandma Kelly the whole time! She was rooting for the Patriots. I didn't really have anything for her to wear. (She likes to dress up for occasions) So I put her in a fourth of July shirt that was waaaayyyy to big, and some red baby legs, and a pair of blue shoes! Thats all we had! Next, Annie learned to stand! She has never really put any weight on her legs before. And suddenly this week she was ready! Justin propped her up against the couch and she stayed there for a long time. I have video of it, but I took it to my mother's work to download it during our virus attack and so the footage is over there, not here. But I will post it when I get it! Then, Annie giggled for the first time! She has smiled since she was a couple of months old. And she likes to squeel a lot. But no giggles. She gets all excited like she is about to just bust out laughing, but then she just can't get in out! So the other day I was changing her and she just decided to be in the mood! It was the cutest thing I have ever heard and seen! And lucky for you guys....I got it on video!!!
And last, Annie ate big girl food for the first time last night. It was sooo cute. I don't have any baby spoons yet so I had to use a bigger spoon. But she would get all excited when she saw the spoon and she would open really big for it! And, yes, I got it on video! And I know there is a lot of food in her bowl, I didn't give that all to her! I just made waaaayyyyy to much!
Oh, and the dogs went in for a little photo shoot the other day! Enjoy! The white dog is choppers. He is my mothers dog! Also, Annie went to the Doctor on Wednesday. They weighed her, 16lbs and 9 oz, 95th percentile (she likes to eat!). They measured her, 26inches, 95th percentile (The Doctor said she was at a perfect weight for her height, he said she was gonna be tall!). And they measured her head, 16 inches, (It was 13 when she was born). And then, they gave her 4 shots!!! It was horrible, after the second one, she was over it! She screamed so loudly! It was so sad. But she felt better once all the nurses commented on how cute she was and how cute her little hat was. She has these little nit hats that are really cute. Lets see if I have a picture......yup, I do...she has them in brown and pink also!
Here are some pictures I just thought were cute!
I came around the corner and Annie had found a bib and placed it on her face like this! It was really cute!
